Golden Boulder Climbing Festival 2022

,Golden Boulders festival is proudly celebrating it's 4th anniversary, wherein each time the festival discovered new regions for climbing, spreading the climbing community in the area, pushing to newer limits and nourishing the space with incoming tourism which happens to be one of the main source of income for the locals. The agenda is to create a safe space for climbing community here in Hampi and around Hampi, use the unused rocks and in return make the necessary economical development out of it. Why? Because it's crucial to do so, in order to tell the government that these rocks are prestigious, are being used currently and are bringing in tourism. Which is why they shouldn't be used for mining and other destructive modes of development which would jeopardise this aesthetic archipelago and disrupt the lives of locals immensely. 

Thankfully the festival has shown a steady growth in terms of number of participants each year and the outcome of it. Once again we welcome you to join us in this expedition. Climb with us, balance with us on slack-lines, water-lines and high-lines, join us for offroading with bikes, be a part of our Yoga retreat, experience activities of flow art, stay with us, and enjoy ours and each other's company. Each year we put alot of efforts in documenting the festival and delightfully this year we are expanding it by partnering with a small team of Filmographers who'll be documenting climbing in Hampi, the festival and the process that goes behind the festival. 

Just like 2020, there will also be a competetion at the centre of the festival which is a climbing competetion, winners of which will recieve significant cash prizes in both male and female categories. These prizes are divided into 1st, 2nd and 3rd ranks in both the categories separately. We call out for climbers and non climbers across the world to be a part of our creation, enjoy yourselves fully and hopefully take alot with you back.
