BOULDERING

Rock Climbing

Bouldering is a form of free climbing that is performed on small rock formations without the use of ropes or harness. But don't worry, we will take care of your safety by providing you with necessary equipment (like climbing shoes to help you secure footholds, chalk to keep hands dry and provide a firmer grip, crash pads to prevent injuries from falling).

We provide classes according to the needs and abilities of the clients (beginners, intermediate, advanced).

SPORT CLIMBING

Rock Climbing With Ropes

Rock climbing is a physically and mentally demanding sport, one that often tests a climber's strength, endurance, agility and balance along with mental control. In this plan we offer climbing on higher rock walls with belay, rope, chalk and harness and with proper guidance for safety. Climbers can test their body-mind control and experience the thrill which comes with it.

 

Join this activity, test yourself and take a sense of achievement home.

SLACKLINING

New Trend Sport For Balance

Slacklining is a sport that was developed by Climbers many ages ago. A slack-line is a piece of flat woven fabric made from sturdy material that you suspend above the ground between two points which serves as anchor points (normally tree trunks). In this sport the trick is to maintain your centre of balance as you walk on the slack-line from one point to the other. It is a great sport to test you concentration, balance, core strength and overall fitness. Slack-lining is still fairly new to India, which calls for your participation and makes it more valuable.

 

We offer different types of slack-line sessions: Garden-line (done in an open field), Waterline (done across a river), High-line (done between two cliffs)

NATURE HIKE

A Gentle Hike Through Wilderness & Landscape of Hampi

Widely known for its breathtaking architecture and monuments, the region is also known for its untouched nature and wildlife. Among other things, it is a sought-after destination for bird biodiversity, Situated on the banks of the Tungabhadra river, Hampi provides sights and sounds for people with varying interests. This activity can be pursued by all age groups wherein we have discounts for children below the age of 9 years old.

HATHA YOGA

Asana, Pranayama & Meditation Practice

Hatha is a form of yoga that aims to achieve "balance between body and mind" primarily through physical exercises (Asanas), through breathing exercises (Pranayama: breath control, breathing technique) and meditation. "Ha-tha" also means sun (Ha) and moon (Tha) in Sanskrit.  It is further interpreted as an expression of the unity of opposing energies (hot/cold, female/male, positive/negative). Practicing Hatha Yoga aims to bring  these two energies into harmony.

 

Leave the worries of everyday life and thoughts of performing behind you and do some yoga with us.

FLOW ARTS

Movement Meditation

The Flow Arts are at once a sport and leisure activity, a hobby and an obsession. A way to dance, explore and interact with the physical world, a movement meditation practice, a fun and creative outlet, and a serious technical pursuit of mastery. For many of its practitioners, it is a way to achieve the mind-state known as "How", a state of optimal experience, also known as "the zone" or getting in a groove. It is done by understanding the flow of a moving object and by slowly binding yourself into it's flow ultimately leading to a state of meditation.

 

We are offering different kinds of Flow-Arts like Juggling (balls), Poi, Dapostar, Nan-chak, Staff and other Flow props which can be wielded into a flow.
